Safety of nuclear facilities
We contribute to the reliability of facilities by carrying out radiation protection studies, designing monitoring systems, drawing up safety dossiers and qualifying and checking ventilation systems.
Through our technology platform and a network of partner laboratories and universities, ATRON Metrology contributes to reliability and industrial performance through research and development (R&D) in the fields of equipment qualification and material processing under irradiation.
CERAP Prévention engineers carry out safety studies for nuclear facilities, or for specific interventions or worksites, whether in the context of construction, operation or dismantling.
They identify the risks present and then study the origins and consequences associated with these risks. They draw up accident scenarios and define means of prevention, monitoring or limiting the consequences.
Building on its experience, CERAP Prévention qualifies and examines ventilation installations in nuclear environments (or hostile environments) at all its customer sites, as well as providing expertise on dynamic confinement throughout the life of an installation (commissioning tests, qualification, re-examinations, dismantling), with regard to the normative requirements for the protection of workers and the environment.
