Description

RADNEXT is a European research initiative aimed at creating a structured network of facilities capable of testing the radiation resistance of electronic components, while developing common and representative methodologies.

Within this framework, ATRON Metrology contributes to Working Group No. 7, dedicated to analysing the cumulative effects of radiation on electronic devices.

Our work focuses on understanding the physical mechanisms behind long-term degradation and on defining reliable testing protocols tailored to industrial and space applications. This research will contribute to European recommendations on the complementarity of various experimental approaches.

Through its involvement, ATRON strengthens its position as an innovative player in the field of radiation qualification for electronic systems.
