CAMARI Training – Partnership with ASNR

For several years, ATRON Metrology has been training professionals in radiation protection around a particle accelerator as part of the CAMARI certification programme.

Training Fixed particle beam installations

Description

In collaboration with the French Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Authority (ASNR), ATRON Metrology plays an active role in the CAMARI Accelerator option training, which is mandatory for operators handling fixed particle beam installations.

Over the past three years, this partnership has enabled the organisation of 20 training sessions, preparing nearly 200 professionals for the CAMARI examination, in accordance with the decree of 21 December 2007.

The practical sessions held at our facilities are a key highlight of the training. They offer hands-on application of radiation protection and safety procedures around an electron accelerator, in compliance with the NF M62-105 standard.

A strong commitment to supporting the control of radiological risks in industrial environments.
