We have been experts in radiation protection since 1988, helping players in the nuclear industry to manage the risks at their facilities. We provide our customers with a methodology for analysing the context in which they operate, and support them in implementing preventive measures.
Our expertise covers radiation protection as well as all areas of conventional safety. It is based on the one hand on our operational technicians deployed at our customers' facilities, and on the other hand on our laboratory investigation and analysis resources.
CERAP Prévention is a certified Radiation Protection Competent Body, providing external Radiation Protection Advisors to help you set up your radiation protection organisation.
We are certified to carry out all the tasks of a Radiation Protection Advisor as set out in Article R. 4451-123 of the French Labour Code and Article R. 1333-19 of the French Public Health Code.
To contribute to the radiation protection of workers in your industrial, medical or research facilities, CERAP Prévention provides you with a methodology for analysing the context of the intervention and supports you in implementing prevention and protection measures.
To ensure optimum exposure of personnel and protection of the public from radiological risk, our CERAP Prévention engineers have proven skills and the latest digital tools to carry out all types of radiation protection studies:
- Predictive Dosimetric Assessments

- Dispersion of radioactive releases
CERAP Prévention supports its customers throughout the various stages of their Health and Safety risk prevention projects, drawing on its expertise and skills in areas such as fire, lifting, handling, asbestos, chemicals and working at height.
Conventional safety assistance in industry plays a crucial role in preventing accidents and protecting workers. It ensures compliance with current safety standards and operating rules, identifies potential risks and proposes appropriate solutions to minimise them. Through constant monitoring and regular visits to workstations, this assistance helps to create a safer working environment by reducing the number of incidents related to the activities carried out. It also promotes ongoing training in good safety practice, thereby reinforcing the culture of prevention.
